NeoCon’07: MegaStar electric lateral files saves space with push-button efficiency

June 22, 2007—MediaStation Electrical Lateral File System (ELF) by MegaStar delivers files and items to the operator at convenient work height. This essentially removes the need to walk, search, bend, or reach, saving time and increasing employee efficiency, according to the company.

The MediaStation offers a variety of shelf options, tiers, and custom colors. Files are retrieved with the push of a button. Lockable doors also add security to confidential files.

Demonstrated at NeoCon World’s Trade Fair at its Merchandise Mart showroom in Chicago, MediaStation Electric Lateral File System by MegaStar is ergonomically designed and compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and OSHA regulations, plus the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) for forward and side reach, clearance under the work counter, and control accessibility guidelines.

MegaStar’s MediaStation is offered in a range of colors to coordinate and match any interior dcor. The MegaStar Color Selector Tool on the company’s Web site allows users to see ELF and its visible components painted in any one or multiple colors to match existing office environments.
