NeoCon’08: J & J intros Altered Elements, Shantung and Fair & Square carpet

June 20, 2008—Invision Carpet Systems, a division of leading commercial carpet manufacturer J&J / Invision based in Dalton, GA, has introduced several new carpet lines.

The company found inspiration in nature for Altered Elements. Three lines Weathered Steel, Tumbled Stone and Broken Slate make up this new collection that captures the interplay between the elements and the wonder and drama Mother Nature creates on a daily basis. They are available in modular tile and broadloom in a rich palette of 20 colors ranging from vibrant to neutral.

The Altered Elements collection utilizes Solutia Ultron Color, merging stunning aesthetics with cutting edge fiber technology, and is available in modular tile and broadloom from Invision. All three lines work well together or alone for corporate, retail, or almost any environment.

Also new from J&J Commercial is Fair & Square, a modular carpet designed to enhance corporate interiors. Fair & Square plays with the proportions of color in the yarn, providing a blend of complementing lights and darks, notes the company. It is available in nine different colorways, all with a subtle feel. This product is made with 100% Encore SD Ultima Yarn and features a textured, patterned loop with varying pile heights.

Shantung is Invision’s newest addition to the existing Second Nature Collection. This collection plays on the variation of thick and thin, luster and matte, and smooth and textured. All of these variations add to the beauty of nature and provide the foundation for the entire collection including Tussah, Karakul and now Shantung.

Shantung incorporates 40 elegant neutrals and saturated brights to form an overall palette that is equally harmonious and alluring. Shantung is standard as broadloom but available optionally as modular tile for minimum yardage.

Founded in 1957, J&J / Invision is a family-owned and operated commercial carpet manufacturer producing carpet under the J&J Commercial and Invision Carpet Systems brands. For more information, see the Web site.
