June 24, 2009 New carpet collections have been introduced by J+J/Invision. Both Shetland and Herdwick are made using 100 percent natural, never-dyed wool and have a rich, luxurious feel, says the company. The collection, named after the type of sheep from which the wool is derived and introduced during NeoCon World’s Trade Fair in Chicago, includes loop rib and tip shear designs. These can be combined in both tile and broadloom using coordinating colors.
Shetland and Herdwick offer a warm, rich feel and are made with wool that is biodegradable and highly flame, soil and abrasion resistant. It naturally traps unwanted dirt and debris near the surface so that it can be easily vacuumed away.
