TangoPoint, Inc. has closed a strategic investment with NetWork Services Company, LLC (NSC). The investment will be used to support TangoPoints strategic and operational objectives, including wireless research and development, application and technology development as well as the companys national rollout.
NSC has deployed the TangoPoint wireless data communications system in its national facilities service contract business, through which it manages over 3,000 locations in 14 states. TangoPoint provides a technology solution that combines handheld computers, the Internet and data centers to bring greater effectiveness and speed to the process of communication and control in facilities management.
The TangoPoint system has been utilized by building services and facilities management contractors throughout the US since commercializing the first phase of its wireless quality control system in January, 2001.
