With MRM 2004, prior dilemmas such as double-booked rooms, services delivered to the wrong location, and time zone conversions are easily solved. Companies can now decide who has the authority to book rooms, can get detailed information on attendees, and can track any inventory required for a given meeting, such as catering. Also, users can now start an ad hoc session via NetMeeting, and then let others join in on demand.
