July 15, 2002—Network Simplicity Software Inc., a provider of Web-based scheduling software has signed an agreement with Meeting Manager GmbH to distribute a German version of Meeting Room Manager 2002, allowing Network Simplicity to continue to support and expand its customer base in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and other German-speaking markets.
