October 6, 2002—Furniture design and manufacturer, KI was recently presented with a WebAward in the 2002 WebAward Competition, sponsored by Boston-based Web Marketing Association for its recently revamped Web site.
The Standard of Excellence award, in the manufacturing category, was bestowed upon the site during the contest’s most competitive year to date: a record 1,300 sites were entered in this year’s competition. The award recognizes Web sites for outstanding achievement in design, innovation, content, interactivity, navigation, ease of use and use of technology.
KI’s Web site was designed to help the architecture, design and specifying communities work more efficiently. The updated Web site brings more architectural tools to the online community.
The Web Marketing Association (WMA)s WebAwards is an annual award competition that is designed to judge corporate Web sites against Internet standard and peer sites within their industry.
