NIOSH Publication No. 2006-142: Preventing Worker Injuries and Deaths from Mobile Crane Tip-Over, Boom Collapse, and Uncontrolled Hoisted Loads September 2006 gives a summary of worker/employer recommendations, background, injury data, current standards, case reports, conclusions, and recommendations and discussions.
