May 26, 2003—Amersham Biosciences, a pharmaceuticals products company, has launched Your Agreement, a new service package that allows customers to choose the service options they need to see the impact of different options on budget before decisions are made.
With Your Agreement, customers are able to choose among options, including agreement length, response levels, coverage hours, preventative maintenance, parts covered, software upgrades, computer support and training. The package is tailored with the help of a questionnaire called Agreement Maker, which is accessible online or via CD-ROM.
Your Agreement encompasses the entire instrument range from Amersham Biosciences and is aimed at facilities management teams, instrument users, laboratory heads, purchasers, and site services.
