February 9, 2005—MLS Investments is launching a Web-based real estate listing service available at no cost to the public and to real estate professionals.
At launch, more than 600 properties were listed, with a combined value in excess of $470 million.
On MLSinvestments.com, users can search for real estate investments, advertise their property listings, join an investor discussion forum, find real estate investment articles and tips, and locate service providers.
To encourage investors and real estate professionals to try out the service, MLS Investments is allowing visitors to advertise unlimited properties free of charge until April 1, 2005. Visitors may add their investment property listings to the service by visiting the Internet website at www.MLSinvestments.com, registering, and creating a user account. All property listings may include up to 5 photos. After April 1, 2005, visitors may pay 14.95/month or $150/year to advertise an unlimited number of properties.
