January 9, 2026 – NFMT East 2026, taking place March 10-12, 2026, is relocating after 22 years in Baltimore to Charlotte, North Carolina. One of the largest FM events in the country, the National Facilities Management & Technology (NFMT) Show provides up-to-date advancements and best practices in the management, operations, maintenance, renovation and construction of nonresidential buildings.
NFMT East brings together facility decision-makers from commercial buildings, schools (K-12 and higher education), municipalities, healthcare, government and more. Every year, the scope and scale of NFMT attract leaders from organizations of all sizes, from Fortune 500s to small companies and everyone in between. They come for the world-class education, constant networking, access to subject-matter experts and influencers, and an energetic expo hall. The NFMT experience gives attendees the information they need to make informed buying decisions for their facilities.
