July 14, 2004—The GREENGUARD Environmental Institute has awarded noraplan rubber flooring, manufactured by Freudenberg Building Systems, with the GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certification for Low Emitting Products. noraplan flooring achieved GREENGUARD Certification after completing rigorous testing and evaluation to determine their compliance with the GREENGUARD Standards for low emitting flooring. Meeting GREENGUARD’s Standards, ensures the flooring has minimal impact on the indoor environment.
The noraplan products will be subjected to regular testing to verify ongoing compliance with the GREENGUARD Standards.
Freudenberg’s noraplan is the first rubber flooring to be awarded GREENGUARD Indoor Air Quality Certification.
