Economical in-plant offices, complete with systems furniture workstations, can now be shipped in 7-10 working days from a single source.
The FasTrak system is designed to provide an economical in-plant building with an expedited leadtime. FasTrak can be used for office space, sensitive equipment enclosures, lunch/break rooms, tools/parts area, or shipping and receiving offices. All components are prefabricated and factory finished. A FasTrak building can be installed around sensitive equipment or in occupied areas without the disruption and mess associated with fixed construction. All standard product options are available. Like all O’Brien products, FasTrak qualifies for an accelerated depreciation schedule extending over 7 1/2 years versus 39 1/2 years for fixed construction.
OPUS EXPress freestanding furniture suits the kind of workstation application where a large amount of 24″ deep worksurface is required. 36″ wide overhead storage units are available, along with file/file storage pedestals and keyboard trays.
