1. DATES OF THE DRAW: The “Drawing” is for all surveys completed and received during the period beginning on Monday 6/23/2025 and ending Friday 7/4/2025 (the closing date of the survey). Winners will be selected as described under “Random Drawing” and “How to Enter” section of these Official Rules.
2. ELIGIBILITY: No Purchase Necessary. To enter, you must be a trade professional involved in facilities, property or building management for commercial or institutional properties. You must be a legal U.S. resident, age 18 or older, and not considered a minor in your state of residence. This drawing is void outside the United States and where prohibited by law. Employees of organizations involved in creating the survey, and members of their households (related or not), are not eligible.
3. HOW TO ENTER: Complete the FMLink AI Education for Facilities Managers Survey 2025 in full. Limit one entry per person.
4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: There will be four (4) prizes awarded. Each prize is a $25 Starbucks Gift Card. No substitutions or transfers of prize allowed. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
5. RANDOM DRAWING: Four winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all completed and submitted surveys. Winners will be notified by email. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate may be selected. Prizes are non-transferable.
6. PRIZE CONDITIONS: No prize substitutions except where required by law. If a prize becomes unavailable, a substitute of equal or greater value may be offered at FMLink’s discretion. If a notification is undeliverable, or a winner is ineligible or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected.
7. ODDS OF WINNING: Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. CONDUCT OF PARTICIPATION: By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the sponsor. FMLink reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or tampers with the process.
9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: FMLink and its affiliates, and its respective officers, volunteers/directors, employees and agents, are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; printing or other errors; or any entries or mail which are late, lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible, postage due or any combination thereof. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the drawing if it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond FMLink’s control. In the event the drawing is terminated early, a winner will be selected from all eligible entries received at the time of termination.
10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, all entrants release and hold harmless FMLink, The McMorrow Reports, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation or prize use.
