Oklahoma utility expands its license for Indus Advantage Customer Management Suite

July 25, 2003—ONEOK, a diversified energy company and largest natural gas distributor in Kansas and Oklahoma and third largest in Texas, has signed an agreement to expand its license for the Indus Advantage Customer Management Suite and services. The agreement marks the third expansion of the original agreement, signed last fiscal year, and bolsters ONEOK’s continued initiative to achieve world-class performance and enhanced customer service to its nearly 2 million natural gas customers.

ONEOK is extending its capabilities with a combination of Banner, CRM Essentials, EnerLink, and Oracle 9iAS. The resulting solution, explains Indus, will provide ONEOK with quick and easy access to customer information via its “Connect To Everything” (C2E) integration architecture. In addition, EnerLink BillGen’s Rate Modeling Language will allow ONEOK to offer innovative pricing products to large C&I customers. The contract also includes a three-year agreement for ongoing support.
