March 31, 2003—Onsight visitor registration software provides an easy-to-use Desk Top Badging Module and a browser-based Pre-Registration Module.
The Onsight Guest Management System’s Desk Top Badging Module is designed to quickly register guests by those with minimal computer experience. A custom-configured SQL database records who came in, who sponsored the visit, and when the guest arrived and departed. The module features an integrated reporting tool, and can capture the guest’s picture and/or signature, and interface to a bar code scanner, driver’s license scanner, or business card scanner.
The Onsight Web Pre-Registration Module provides a secure environment that allows users to create and edit records of guest visits. Allowing pre-approved users to create their own accounts minimizes administration. Based upon user status, employees or assistants can pre-register meetings for co-workers or executives. Users can create, edit, and manage meetings, check on arrival status, and register one guest or many.
