Outsourcing advisors Orbys have launched a specialist group to target the facilities management market.
The new capability builds on a recent project with Bayer, where Orbys advised on the outsourcing of all the polymers to healthcare companys UK facilities to Rentokil Initial Management Services.
Orbys says the move recognises that the FM market is moving up the value chain as more FM providers are aiming for an integrated, wall to wall, service provision including managing services which traditionally have been classified as white collar.
