May 15, 2006—Regional demand for Heath Construction’s pre-engineered steel buildings has doubled during the last 12 months, and the company has responded by adding a new member to its busy “Steel Team,” says the company.
James McManaman, a new project engineer, joins Randy Gates, a 20-year veteran of metal building design and estimating. With pre-engineered steel, Heath offers retail, industrial, municipal, educational and medical building owners a cost-effective and attractive alternative to traditional construction.
“Pre-engineered steel buildings no longer are dull warehouse-looking structures,” said Randy DeMario, Heath’s president. Gates and McManaman currently are working on six Heath pre-engineered steel-building projects in the Rocky Mountain area.
