OSHA releases factsheet on cooperative health and safety programs

May 10, 2004—The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has released a factsheet on the organization’s Alliance Program (.pdf file). The factsheet promotes participation in OSHA’s cooperative programs, which were created to help organizations prevent workplace injuries, illnesses, and fatalities. It provides information in English, Spanish, and other languages on the benefits of an alliance with OSHA, how to get started, and products developed and activities undertaken by current alliances.
