March 3, 2003—To help the architecture and design (A&D) community and specifiers work more efficiently when specifying Pallas Textiles, the company is beginning a quarterly e-mail newsletter to be sent to those who register at the companys Web site. The newsletter will contain updates on such things as new Pallas fabrics, designer profiles, and fabric care and cleaning tips.
The company has also significantly overhauled the Pallas Web site. Pallas says the new site is easier to navigate and offers the ability to source fabric and textile information more quickly.
Pallas organized the site into categories based on application, such as upholstery, walls, and healthcare fabrics called Pallas Cares. The updated Web site offers more specification, pricing, and technical data. The site also includes a memo sample order function as well as a “replocater” tool for those seeking local assistance.
