July 13, 2007—Pro-Build Holdings, the nation’s largest supplier of building materials to professional contractors, announced that it has purchased the assets of Crosslin Supply Company, a distributor of lumber, millwork and building products operating in the greater Nashville, Tennessee market. Terms of the sale have not been disclosed.
Crosslin, with facilities located in Franklin, Spring Hill, and Smyrna, Tennessee, is a family-owned and operated business that was founded in 1933. The company is well-known for customer service, and for having one of Tennessee ‘s largest hardware and building materials centers.
Eddie Crosslin and Greg Davis will remain in general management roles responsible for Smyrna and Franklin operations respectively.
Pro-Build Holdings is a leading supplier of building materials to professional contractors. Pro-Build currently operates more than 500 lumber and building product distribution, manufacturing and assembly centers in 40 US states.
