Procter & Gamble expands project facility management contract with Jones Lang LaSalle

January 25, 2006—Jones Lang LaSalle has been selected by The Procter & Gamble Company to provide facility and project management services for an additional 147 sites totaling 4.7 million square feet in 55 countries, following P&Gs recent acquisitions of Wella AG and The Gillette Company.

The new work expands P&Gs existing partnership with Jones Lang LaSalle. Since September 2003, Jones Lang LaSalle has been providing facilities management services—which include maintenance, remodeling, security and mail services—to P&G sites around the world.

With the addition of these portfolios, Jones Lang LaSalle provides facility and project management services for approximately 274 P&G properties totaling 19.7 million square feet in more than 78 countries.

P&Gs External Business Development organization also honored Jones Lang LaSalle by naming the firm its 2005 External Business Partner of the Year, said Jones Lang LaSalle.

The External Business Development External Business Partner of the Year award is presented each year to the firm that best demonstrates sustained and significant value creation for P&G. The award was presented by Jeffrey D. Weedman, P&G Vice President, External Business Development, to Jim Redmond, Global General Manager for the P&G account at Jones Lang LaSalle.
