March 17, 2008—Matalan, the UK’s leading clothing, homeware and electrical retailer, has ordered the Qube Property Management Software from Qube Global Software.
With an average of 30,000 square feet per store, Matalan currently trades from over 200 stores. First phase of the project will be the setting-up of a database of the stores and allied properties. The second phase will be a link to their corporate financial suite.
The Qube solution will assist in providing cost efficiencies related to the occupation of the properties and will provide enhanced reporting on the portfolio.
