April 22, 2005—The short list of candidates for the UKs Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Property Management Awards 2005 includes three entries in the FM category.
Contenders for the Business Infrastructure and FM Strategy and Delivery Award are: Prudential Property Investment Managers and DTZ for project convergence; RBS Group for workplace innovation; and Johnson Controls for FM service mobilization.
The winners in this category, and the four others, will be announced at a ceremony on Tuesday, June 21, at the Royal Opera House in London
