November 16, 2007—Risco Group, a leading provider of comprehensive security solutions, is launching the Wireless WatchOUT outdoor detector.
Wireless WatchOUT is the wireless version of the WatchOUT PIR outdoor detector and is compatible with all RISCO Group Wireless Systems and Receivers in 868MHz and 433MHz, notes the company.
The Wireless WatchOUT incorporates some unique features, including digital correlation technology for detecting objects that create similar and correlated signals in both PIR channel; and Active IR for anti-masking, making it the only wireless outdoor detector with anti-masking capability, according to Risco.
Wireless WatchOUT comes with a standard swivel and three replacement lenses for barrier, long range and pet friendly installations below 1.7m. A wide range of swivel brackets are available for pole, wall or barrier installation, and a special hood protects from sun, rain, hail and birds. The detector is powered by two long-life lithium batteries that are included.
