RNL Design has received a 2001 Design Award from the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) Colorado Chapter. RNL won in the “commercial category for a corporate project that ranges from 50,000 to 100,000 s.f.” for XOR Inc., an application and systems management service provider headquartered in Boulder, Colorado. Their corporate headquarters was designed to reflect a culture that values the integration of play, pets and exercise within the workplace.
The RNL Design team created a 60,000 s.f. facility featuring a 24/7 Monitoring and Control Center, Usability Lab and Advanced Technology Showcase. The goal of the design was to impress clients with the advanced technology capabilities, while at the same time enticing employees with amenities such as mobile workstations, game rooms, exercise rooms, thinking libraries, quiet rooms, team spaces and provisions for pets. The design accommodates a variety of work styles and preferences.
