January 2, 2006—Access Control and Security Systems has named Scene Tracker its 2005 New Product of the Year.
SceneTracker software, based on cutting edge AVT patented technology, gives users a real-world, real-time perspective of multiple cameras in a single integrated scene, says the magazine.
The SceneTracker view is unprecedented in that it combines local cameras, distantly located cameras, and non-overlapped cameras like those located between walls and above ceilings. Within the scene, objects or persons can be tracked across cameras, around bends and out of the building and the tracking area can be zoomed.
