April 4, 2003—LODESTAR Corporation announced that Select Energy, Inc. will expand their use of BillingExpert in order to manage changes mandated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s new Standard Market Design. Three years ago, Select chose LODESTAR to handle the bill calculation for their most complex commercial and industrial customers. Select will increase the number of accounts handled through their existing BillingExpert implementation. BillingExpert, with its ability to process even the most difficult billing challenges, will be able to provide an accurate way to match costs to each customer’s load profile.
