March 14, 2008—ServiceMaster Clean, a worldwide leader in commercial and residential cleaning and disaster restoration, has signed a master license agreement with Security and Intelligence Systems (SIS) Group, which is recognized as a pioneer and leader in the Indian private security industry.
With more than 4,500 franchises around the world, ServiceMaster Clean serves customers in more than 40 countries through a global network of franchises that provide residential carpet cleaning, upholstery and disaster restoration services, and commercial carpet cleaning, hard surface floor care and janitorial services. ServiceMaster Clean is part of the ServiceMaster family of brands, one of the world’s largest and most versatile service networks. ServiceMaster is a privately held company of Clayton, Dubilier and Rice, Inc. (CD&R).
SIS is among the largest security companies in India, offering a complete range of security solutions including manned guarding, cash in transit, electronic security, recruitment and training, consulting and investigations. The partnership with ServiceMaster Clean offers SIS an opportunity to broaden its service offerings using its existing customer base and geographical footprint.
