Sierra Club names America’s best new projects for stormwater management

December 20, 2006—The Sierra Club has released its second annual guide to America’s best new development projects, featuring ten “outstanding” examples of new projects that the organization says use innovative, cost-effective, and environmentally sensitive methods of stormwater management.

Building Better II: A Guide to America’s Best New Development Projects; Fall 2006 Clean Water Edition applauds a diverse set of projects taken on by communities, institutions, developers and others. The projects range from urban greening to restored prairies and wetlands.
