SiteStuff, a nationwide e-procurement solutions provider for the real estate industry, has acquired RexOffice.com, which connects building owners, property managers and tenants via a Web-based platform. RexOffice provides a password-protected extranet for building owners and managers to store and share files and creates a building-specific Web site. The extranet also offers tenants immediate access to building resources. RexOffice’s customers include Insignia, Apollo Real Estate Advisors, and Blackacre Capital. It will also be a preferred portal for properties managed by members of the Project Octane e-business alliance, namely, CB Richard Ellis, Jones Lang LaSalle, Trammell Crow Company, and Insignia/ESG.
