SiteStuff launches GreenStuff to help clients with sustainability strategies

November 5, 2008—SiteStuff, Inc. has launched a new sustainability offering, GreenStuff. Centered on the key message, “Measurable Green Procurement,” the new offering is designed to help SiteStuff’s real estate clients realize and document a tangible return on their sustainability investments.

GreenStuff is fully integrated into SiteStuff’s three core procurement solutions: Product Purchasing, Contract Management and Spend Management. The sustainability offering gives real estate owners and managers a single, consistent source for getting information and leveraging tools to create and deploy a sustainability strategy.

A few of the enhanced capabilities include an online resource and document library that offers up-to-date information on sustainability developments and trends, usage and compliance calculators and expanded electronic catalog of third-party certified maintenance, repair and operating (MRO) supplies.

To complement SiteStuff’s Contract Management Solution, the company has also developed industry accepted green scope-of-work templates for building services such as landscaping, janitorial and pest control.

The new offering is rounded out by a team of LEED Accredited Professionals (AP) ready to help clients implement solutions. All of these factors combined make GreenStuff a comprehensive way for real estate managers to take immediate action and track their success, says the company. For more information, see the Web site.
