July 29, 2002—Riptech, a provider of scalable, real-time managed security services, has expanded its partner program through a reseller agreement with Solarcom, a technology solution provider. As a member of Riptech’s Certified Security Provider (CSP) program, Solarcom will offer Riptech’s information security monitoring, management, analysis, and response services to customers looking to achieve network security.
Under the terms of the agreement, Solarcom will offer Riptech’s real-time managed security services in combination with its other Information Technology services, including Enterprise Systems, Internetworking, Storage Technologies, Business Recovery and Hosting, and Financial Solutions, to its 2,000-plus customer base. As part of its CSP program, Riptech will provide comprehensive sales, marketing, training, and technical support infrastructure to support Solarcom reselling its real-time managed security services.
