The architecture firm of Perkins & Will has been selected to design the $60 million new satellite campus project for Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana. The hospital is seeking a “futuristic setting.” It said the architecture “must be dramatic and outstanding in form and function with the appearance unlike any in this region and/or country.” The project has started the first phase that will consist of a visioning session with leading cutting-edge companies from a variety of industries in order to create a truly one-of-a-kind facility.
