June 21, 2002—Spacesaver is offering a full palette of esthetic options for high-density mobile storage systems with its new Designer Series. The program incorporates all visible surfaces, from end panels and handles to aisle-identification card holders. It is available with any of Spacesaver’s mobile systems. The Designer Series won a Gold award in the Best of NeoCon competition held at The Merchandise Mart, Chicago, in June. Spacesaver also won a silver award for its Rotary TouchPad Release.
The Designer Series offers the flexibility of an upper panel that can be fabricated of almost any material, from steel, brushed aluminum or formed-and-contoured acrylic to wood veneer with crown molding. And these can be changed when an interior is redesigned. Surfaces can also be fabric-covered, laminated, or matched to finishes offered by other office suppliers.
