Clients can save money by utilizing timely and accurate information about their deferred maintenance and needed renovations to minimize their equity challenges. This solution also simplifies the process of complying with GASB 34 financial reporting requirements.
The SiteNet Capital Asset Planning System (CAPS) version 2.2 enables clients to manage capital plans and capital improvement requirements through effective assessment and documentation of facility deficiencies. SiteNet Facilities Information version 2.1 is a customizable, Web-based tool that allows clients to create data tables to document facility attributes and capital asset information.
This solution fully integrates with SiteNet Work Orders, the SRS Web-based work order management system, and with other SRS asset management products. Capital assets documented in SiteNet Facilities Information are accessible through SiteNet CAPS, providing a bundled solution for determining short and long-term work requirements and improving accountability for capital improvement funding.
