May 2, 2005—Steril-Aire, Inc. has been registered by Underwriters Laboratories Inc. to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9000 Series Standards, the company says.
Specifically, UL has certified that the Quality Management System in Steril-Aires Burbank facility is in compliance with ISO 9001:2000 (File No. A13253).
Steril-Aire is a leading manufacturer of ultraviolet-C (UVC) devices for HVAC and food processing applications. The company holds multiple patents for the devices, which offer greatly increased output in cold and/or moving air environments, for superior germicidal performance and extended service life.
