July 1, 2005 — Evolved Systems, Inc. (dba Supply and Service), provider of facility operations technology, announced that is has been selected to provide upgrade services and support to Mervyns, LLC.
Mervyns has been using a legacy version of MAXIMO, the industry leader in asset management, and chose Supply and Service both to assist with the upgrade to current software and also to provide hosting services for Mervyns facility services applications, says Supply and Service.
The upgrade includes the transfer of all historical data, work orders, job plans, preventive maintenance activities, and inventory information to the new system. Tailored MAXIMO reports and screens will complete the implementation.
A Hayward, California-based retailer of home fashions and apparel, Mervyns has 257 stores and four distribution centers in thirteen states.
