Symbiot provides a series of seasonal cost indexes as budget planning guidance for property owners and managers in the US. Symbiot draws data from its large national footprint of more than 40,000 properties to compile the index.
According to the index, areas with long growing seasons like the Southeast and Southwest have higher costs than areas with short growing seasons like the Great Lakes and New England.
