Systems Corporate to Construct $18 M Office Building

General Dynamics Electronic signed a ten-year lease with for 91,839 sq.ft. of space with Systems Corporate Office Properties Trust. The four-story, 120,000 sq.-ft. Class A office building is located in Annapolis Junction, MD. Construction of the $18 million project has commenced, with delivery scheduled for late 2000. More than 200 employees will work from the location, with the majority focusing on research and development activities and technical support and applications.
