August 16, 2004—A new TALON Predator Three Zone Controller has been added to the family of Staefa TALON HVAC Controllers. Predators are integral components of the open protocol TALON HVAC control system from Siemens Buildings Technologies, Inc. This LonMark Certified HVAC controller offers cost effective control of up to 3 rooms or zones with easy setup of individual or averaged sensing, bypass override and setpoint for each area.
The Predator Three Zone Controller utilizes a 6 input, 8 digital output and 3 analog output platform that accommodates 3 room sensors with override and setpoint adjustment capabilities, along with existing 4 PID loops for general purpose control and I/O point expansion for any points not used as part of the application control.
