Aviation Security (AVSEC) Services LLC has introduced a self-monitoring quality control system utilizing TangoPoint—an Internet-based communications, data collection, reporting, and scheduling system.
The system gives AVSEC Services the ability to generate, transmit, and fulfill inspections via the Internet and wireless connections, such as handheld PCs. Clients can log in from anywhere in the world and review inspection and work order information real time. This improves internal communications and customer service, and reduces costs associated with quality control and workflow management.
