August 25, 2004—TCG Technologies is now offering online demos for its comprehensive computer-assisted property management and compliance applications: ACCUCert, ACCPAC, i-CAM, and CAM II, The Management System.
i-CAM was developed using the most advanced technologies available today and will provide a software solution to virtually any property manager, says TCG. Because its database is open-architecture, users are able to completely customize the type of data it keeps, the reports it produces, and even the operating system it runs on. The i-CAM system can be operated “off-line” and data can be uploaded as needed to a server via the Internet. i-CAM can also be run from a corporate Web-server.
i-CAM computerizes and streamlines all aspects of the asset and property management, including management of applicant traffic to the waiting list, unit leasing, and unit disposition procedures. Rent collection and banking are a second thought while using i-CAM’s self-explanatory graphic interfaces. Lock-box and credit-check interfaces will also be available.
