June 21, 2002—Teknion Europe Limited, a subsidiary of Teknion Corporation, has acquired the business of Squirewood Furniture Solutions. Squirewood designs, manufactures, sells, installs, and services office furniture, including desking systems, wood casegoods, and seating. This acquisition marks an important strategic move, says Teknion. Under the deal, Teknion acquires Squirewood’s manufacturing facility in Edmonton, north London, and its central London showroom.
