Tennant Company and Johnson Wax Professional have formed a joint venture company, NexGen Floor Care Solutions, which will introduce a multi-tasking floor cleaning machine and chemical system. This system is expected to significantly reduce labor, eliminate expense and concerns associated with propane-powered equipment and improve the quality and consistency of cleaning results.
This new machine is capable of performing three functions: sweeping, scrubbing and polishing hard floors in one pass at a rate of up to 15,000 square feet per hour. The low noise level, zero emissions and customer-friendly design of the new design allows operation even during normal store hours. In addition to the machine, the NexGen system includes proprietary brushes, pads, floor cleaner, and floor finish designed specifically to optimize the performance of the system.
