Headquartered in Florida, Senercomm supplies guestroom energy management technology such as “set-back thermostats” and wireless links to door locks, mini-bars, door switches, safes, etc. Senercomm has also developed passive infrared (PIR) occupancy-sensing Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems technology.
