Texas attorney general unveils new online information to address mold

April 11, 2003—The Texas Office of the Attorney General has launched new online information to address mold-related health concerns, including tips on preventing mold, remediation practices, and consumer rights as insurance holders. Attendees at the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties’ (NAIOP) National Mold Conference in March were first to learn of the new resource.

NAIOP, a national organization representing owners, developers, investors and others involved in industrial and office real estate, hosted the conference to provide education and straightforward information on mold, pending litigation, and its financial and collective impact on the commercial real estate industry.
