Tradeline issues College and University Buildings Project Data Book 2001 for benchmarking facilities projects

Tradeline’s newest publication, the College and University Buildings Project Data Book 2001, includes a large amount of data that facility managers, campus planners, project managers, administrators and department heads can use for benchmarking purposes when they are formulating new building programs for institutions. More than 60 projects from well-known institutions across the United States were submitted by some of the best architectural firms in the country.

Each two-page spread displays project data including floor plan, design objectives, construction costs, HVAC and power requirements, net-to-gross square footage ratios, and more. The types of buildings showcased include performing arts facilities, distance learning facilities, residential units, sports facilities, libraries, and science teaching facilities.
