April 21, 2003—Informative Graphics Corporation (IGC) has signed a strategic OEM agreement that gives TRIRIGA the right to embed and resell IGC’s Brava 4.0 publishing, view/markup, and collaboration technology as part of TRIRIGA’s 8i product line. IGC is a leader in Web-document and collaboration technology, and TRIRIGA a provider of real estate, facilities, and asset management solutions. As part of the agreement, TRIRIGA will promote the IGC and Brava brands as “preferred” among customers and prospects, and include an onscreen “Powered By Brava!” nameplate.
TRIRIGA’s enterprise-class FacilityCenter 8i and Projects 8i solutions automate, integrate, and manage the full array of Design-to-Operation business processes, from construction and capital improvement, to facility management and operations. As a result of the agreement, IGC’s Brava 4.0 and Brava Publisher will be added to TRIRIGA’s portfolio of products and sold through its global direct and indirect sales channels.
