June 14, 2006—Kaivac, Inc., developer of the No-Touch Cleaning system, announces that two of its best-selling products have now been Green Seal certified.
The two products are:
- KaiBlooey, a general-purpose restroom cleaner that removes mineral deposits and soap residue. It’s the company’s best-selling cleaning chemical.
- KaiPow, a general-purpose cleaner often used to clean and remove oily soils, such as those found in industrial kitchens.
The company says that both products have passed the “exhausting, if not strenuous” requirements to earn Green Seal’s G-37 certification, and both products have shown that they are exceptionally effective when used for their designed cleaning task.
According to Tom Morrison, VP Marketing for Kaivac, the company is actively working to make the No-Touch Cleaning system as Green as possible. “Because end customers do not need to ‘touch’ surfaces when cleaning with the No-Touch Cleaning system, it has always been considered a healthier way to clean,” he says. “But now we have taken it a step further to make it environmentally preferable as well.”
A short while ago, one of the company’s other popular cleaning chemicals, KaiO, used for restroom cleaning, was also Green Seal Certified. According to Morrison, “We expect to have more products and chemicals certified soon.”
